Autumn Construction Services will be providing the mechanical piping renovations for CPS Lindblom Math and Science Academy, as a subcontract to Blackhawk HVAC Inc. and F.H. Paschen. The entire steam heating system is being replaced with conventional boilers and a hydronic hot water heating system. New boilers, pumps, and piping will be installed. The chilled water system will also be updated. Autumn will provide new chiller equipment and new air handling system piping.

The three-story Lindblom building, which was originally built in 1919, and renovated in 2003, contains a 2,000-seat auditorium with two balconies, two gymnasiums, a large study hall/ballroom on the third floor with a barrel-vaulted ceiling and large skylights, a swimming pool, and a greenhouse. We are excited to be working on the project construction team led by F.H. Paschen and Blackhawk HVAC Inc. Blackhawk will be leading the mechanical team as the primary project HVAC ventilation and insulation contractor.
