Autumn Construction Services, Inc. is part of the Helm Mechanical project team to upgrade HVAC heating and cooling systems as part of the $1.2 Billion ORD 21 Terminal 5 Expansion and Modernization program currently underway at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Autumn’s focus on this important project will be to replace cooling coils and piping systems for 38 existing air handling units located in mechanical spaces throughout Terminal 5. Our challenge on this multi-phased project will be to minimize impact and disruption on passenger comfort and airport operations while maximizing work during the 20-month schedule.
