R.J. Olmen Company selected Autumn Construction Services as the mechanical piping subcontractor for the Forest Glen Pre-K construction project. The work includes the interior buildout of the existing Edgebrook Medical Building for re-use as an Early Childhood Learning Center, plus an additional classroom buildout within retail space located along Harlem Avenue. Autumn’s $326,000 contract includes the installation of new mechanical piping to heat and cool the facility, a new boiler system, refrigerant, and natural gas service to equipment. Coordination, equipment fabrication, and procurement of materials started in April 2022.
