Autumn Construction Services, a joint venture partner in Midway Management Group (MMG JV), is pleased to announce that MMG JV has been awarded a 5-year Professional Services Agreement for Property Management Services at Midway International Airport facilities. The contract encompasses property management, custodial services, maintenance/engineering services, and general maintenance services for airport facility buildings and systems.

MMG JV will oversee property management for premises totaling over 1,270,000 square feet at 11 separate locations within the Midway Airport complex. This 100% MBE/WBE joint venture comprises Spaan Tech, Inc. and Autumn, with key subcontractor partners Diverse Facility Solutions and AvAir Pros Partners.

Autumn’s extensive history at Midway Airport, stemming from the Midway redevelopment in the early 2000s, coupled with their expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems, and in-depth knowledge of Midway’s current building facilities and systems, are crucial in supporting the MMG JV team and delivering comprehensive property management services for the Chicago Department of Aviation.
