Autumn Construction Services has been awarded the mechanical work contract to replace the 410-ton air-cooled liquid chiller situated on the rooftop of North Grand High School in Chicago, IL. The project, which includes replacing the chiller and its support framing, is scheduled to commence in Q4 of 2024 and wrap up by the cooling season of 2025. Additionally, our scope of work encompasses replacing the water treatment system, upgrading pump variable frequency drives, and implementing temperature controls and system balancing.
North Grand High School is situated on the former Schwinn Bicycle factory site at 4338 W. Wabansia Avenue in Chicago’s West Humboldt Park and Hermosa area. We are thrilled to be part of the project's construction team, led by AGAE Contractors.
