Autumn Construction Services is proud to partner with Transwestern Commercial Services to provide contractor services at Millennium Park and the Richard J. Daley Center. Our skilled team is performing various essential tasks, including HVAC service, plumbing services, concrete repair, and general carpentry to ensure the upkeep and longevity of these prominent facilities.

For many of these projects, we have joined forces with City of Chicago-certified minority- and women-owned firms, fostering strong partnerships on complex and challenging initiatives. Our work involves repairing and replacing mechanical and plumbing systems and concrete restoration in critical areas such as stairways, sidewalks, seating zones, and pavements. Additionally, our carpentry services include ceiling, wall, and finish repairs in lobbies, restrooms, and office spaces.
