Autumn Construction provided mechanical systems commissioning (Cx) services as a sub-consultant to Smith Seckman Reid, Inc. (SSRCx) for the new 544,000 square foot campus buildings at Malcolm X College. The new campus, with a budget of $251 million, is being constructed directly across the street from the current college. It will encompass space for health science, general education, and adult education instruction, along with student services and athletics facilities. Additionally, the construction program includes a new conference facility, auditorium, and parking garage.
