Gold Coast Condominium Association Rooftop Unit Upgrade

Autumn Construction was contracted to complete mechanical upgrades for the Gold Coast Condominium Association, located at 71 E Division in Chicago, IL. Autumn worked with the building property management group, FirstService Residential (FSR) throughout the project. The rooftop unit (RTU) serves as the main heat source for the lobby and the second-floor common areas. Before installation, Autumn ran an engineering load calculation and discovered the original RTU was undersized. We advised the property manager on a larger unit, and Autumn’s mechanical team completed the rooftop unit replacement work.
