CPS Warehouse Elevator System Mechanical Upgrades

The Chicago Public Schools (CPS) warehouse recently updated its freight elevators, converting from an old hydraulic system to a state-of-the-art electrical elevator system. Autumn Construction's mechanical team was tasked to add two AC split systems to the new elevator control room. The upgraded elevator equipment produces heat, and the split systems are used to cool the equipment. The CPS Warehouse is the storage facility used to manage and distribute maintenance and general supplies for the greater school district.
