CONTRACT AMOUNT: $7,000,000.
Autumn Construction Services has been awarded a five-year Job Order Contract (JOC) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction with City Colleges of Chicago. The contract covers projects (task orders) with values ranging from $25,000 to $1,000,000 at seven City Colleges locations.
City Colleges of Chicago, the largest community college system in Illinois, connects students from Chicago's neighborhoods to economic opportunities by providing high-quality education at an exceptional value.
The JOC projects primarily involve renovations to mechanical, HVAC, building controls, plumbing, and electrical systems and equipment. Additional work in other trades will be included as needed.
