Project: Cook County Rolling Meadows Courthouse and Bridgeview Courthouse Energy Efficiency

Autumn scope of work for mechanical work at both Courthouses includes the installation of new HVAC system pumps complete with variable speed drives for energy efficiency.  Additionally, we are providing upgraded variable speed drives for Courthouse HVAC system fans.  The work, implemented under Cook County’s Job Order Contract (JOC) method of procurement, will allow for fast-track completion of the project in time for the summer 2021 cooling season.
