Autumn Celebrates 25 Years in Business

We are thrilled to celebrate this milestone and reflect upon our evolution over the past 25 years!

We are grateful to our clients and partners with who we have worked with both in the public and private sectors. We appreciate the wide range of projects that we have been a part of - including airports, municipalities, toll roads, railroads, hospitals, schools, water reclamation facilities, manufacturing plants, and laboratory buildings.

Our journey started in 1995 initially to provide project management and mechanical systems expertise to Chicago area owners and contractors to develop and manage new construction projects and/or building systems renovation programs.

In 2005, we expanded our construction project management capabilities to include architectural, civil, and structural disciplines. Mechanical contracting, systems commissioning and, sustainability services were added in 2009. We then added HVAC service in 2013 to round out our offering.

We are excited to see what the next 25 years will bring!
