Autumn Graduates from Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Leadership Training Program

We are proud to share that Autumn Construction Services has graduated from the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS Worldwide) Leadership Training Program.

The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a business method “to clarify, simplify, and achieve” your organizational vision. The Autumn team has been engaged EOS program to strategically map out and achieve our business Vision, Data, Process, Traction, Issues, and People. The program required internal collaboration, thoughtful planning and considerations, and quarterly off-site leadership workshops to ensure we were making progress with the program.

We want to thank our EOS Moderator, Dan Heuertz. Dan is an Expert EOS Implementor, and has moderated Autumn’s EOS quarterly leadership workshops since our initial engagement with the program. Thank you Dan for your strategic guidance!

The Autumn team will continue to practice EOS as our strategic business philosophy, now self-moderating, with annual check-ins with our legacy implementor, Dan.
