At Autumn Construction Services, we are proud to highlight the recent engagement of two of our team members in the Mechanical Contractors Association (MCA) of Chicago. Their involvement reflects our commitment to professional growth and industry collaboration.

Jimmy Rio, our Director of Services, is now an active member of the MCA Education Committee, contributing to ongoing efforts to enhance educational programs that support the mechanical contracting industry. His dedication to learning and professional development plays an important role in fostering innovation within the field. Previously, Dan Krekel, Operations Manager at Autumn, was appointed Chairman of the MCA Education Committee.

Project Manager Holly Rainey has joined the MCA of Chicago’s Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMi) group. Through this network, Holly connects with peers to support the advancement of women in mechanical contracting, engaging in mentorship and collaborative opportunities to help build a more inclusive industry.

Both Jimmy and Holly are also involved in the MCA Young Professionals (YP) group, where they participate in networking, educational events, and peer-driven initiatives aimed at fostering the growth of emerging professionals in the industry.
