Autumn Construction Services, Inc. has completed a variety of HVAC and plumbing projects at the Salvation Army Community Center, located at 1250 W. 119th St in  Chicago. This location is an important part of the local neighborhood.

Our service techs discovered the dehumidification unit for the competition pool area at the Kroc Center was faulty. Autumn was tasked with replacing a Desert Aire compressor. We partnered with Imperial Crane to help lift the equipment and material to the roof using their 65-ton crane. With the new compressor installed, the building can once again maintain and remove humidity from the pool area. The project was safe and successful.

Autumn’s Plumbing Service division also completed work for the Salvation Army Kroc Community Center. Our Plumbing team completed the annual testing of all of the RPZ Backflow Devices at the Center.  RPZ (Reduced Pressure Zone) valve assemblies keep contamination or pollution out of your water. Routine RPZ valve testing is extremely important for all facilities. RPZ devices are installed in your plumbing system to ensure the drinking water and city water supply is clean and safe.
