Autumn Construction Services, Inc. served as the mechanical contractor for the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) M-2 Maintenance Facility renovation and building expansion. Autumn managed the complete scope of mechanical work including the installation of HVAC equipment for heating and cooling the facility, a new boiler system, automated building controls, compressed air, and natural gas service to equipment. To supply in-floor heating during the winter, Autumn equipped the new 13,000 sq ft maintenance bay addition with over a half-mile of radiant tubing and dedicated boilers.
