Autumn Construction Services, Inc., is excited to announce that we have been awarded a Contractor Services Agreement for various projects at the Richard J. Daley Center in Chicago. The contract was awarded by the long-term Property Manager for the building, Transwestern Commercial Services, LLC. The contract scope of work and services includes various property renovations and upgrades throughout the facility. Autumn will execute work as a General Contractor, self-performing various trade tasks and managing subcontractors for additional work.
