CONTRACT TERM: 3 Years (Start 7/1/2023)
CONTRACT AMOUNT:
1) $6,000,000 (over 3 years)
2) SBE $2,250,000 (over 3 years)
Autumn Construction Services was awarded two multi-year Job Order Contracts (JOC) for Mechanical Construction with the Cook County Government.
Task Orders will be issued for various scopes of work at the Department of Corrections, Cook County courthouses, Juvenile Temporary Detention Facility (JTDF), Cook County office buildings, and warehouse/storage facilities. Multiple Cook County Health hospitals and health system facilities will also be supported including Provident Hospital, John H. Stroger Jr. Hospital, and other locations.
The primary project scope includes mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building controls, and miscellaneous other trades work will be included as necessary. Autumn will collaborate with other certified minority-, women-, and veteran-owned firms to achieve the completed contract/project scope of work.
