When Two Worlds Collide: Highly Effective Field-to-Office Communication Class
Autumn’s Operations Manager, Dan Krekel, recently instructed a much-needed event with the Mechanical Contractors Association of Chicago (MCA).
The concept of this class was created to address a major need in the industry: Teaching the importance of effective communication between the field and the office so that everyone feels they are being heard. The program explained the responsibilities a person from the field will now have in the office and addressed some of the common misconceptions the office has about the field.
As the lead instructor, Dan shared that his goal for the course is “to have the office and field talking and working as one team.” The inaugural class was reserved for members only and hosted 11 participants.
