Autumn Construction Services, a joint-venture partner in Midway Management Group (MMG JV), is excited to announce that MMG JV has been awarded a 5-year Professional Services Agreement for Property Management Services at Midway International Airport facilities. The contract scope of work and services includes property management, custodial services, maintenance & engineering services, and general maintenance services for airport facility buildings and systems. MMG JV is responsible for property management of premises totaling over 1,270,000 sf at 11 separate locations within the Midway Airport complex. The 100% MBE/WBE joint venture comprises SPAAN Tech, Inc. and Autumn Construction Services, with key subcontractor partners, Diverse Facility Solutions and AvAir Pros Partners.
Autumn’s deep history at Midway Airport — including the Midway redevelopment in the early 2000s, expertise in mechanical and plumbing systems, and institutional knowledge of Midway’s current building facilities and systems — is key to supporting the MMG JV team and providing turnkey property management services for the Chicago Department of Aviation.
