Autumn Construction Services is a proud HVAC partner to Lawrence’s Fish and Shrimp, an iconic Chicagoland establishment with over 70 years of history. For the last several years, our dedicated Service team has performed preventative maintenance and repairs at the four regional restaurant locations, including the flagship store on Canal Street in Chicago that is open 24/7 for all 365 days of the year.

Our routine HVAC maintenance services of the rooftop units (RTUs) ensure optimal customer comfort throughout the dining areas. We service the exhaust fans and make-up air units that run throughout the kitchen and preparation areas. Additionally, Autumn’s Service team takes care of the critical refrigeration units that are used for fresh seafood storage. 

Our enduring partnership is reinforced by our quarterly preventative maintenance agreements and prompt equipment repairs as necessary.
