Employee Spotlight: Dominic Taldone Completes MCAA & MCA of Chicago Programs

We are thrilled to share that our Project Engineer, Dominic Taldone, has recently completed two professional development programs. Dominic has completed the Preparatory Institute for Project Management with MCAA and RISE to Resilience with MCA of Chicago. Dominic has demonstrated a spectacular commitment to furthering his career at Autumn.

Preparatory Institute for Project Management with the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA)

The Preparatory Institute for Project Management is a national program designed to educate participants on key components of mechanical project management, improving efficiency, management skills, and the ability to adapt to change. The program is taught by experienced contractors, project managers, and professional instructors located throughout the United States with a first-hand understanding of the challenges facing project managers and the skills required to meet those challenges.

RISE to Resilience with MCA of Chicago

The RISE to Resilience program was created to develop rising star employees who show leadership potential, proving resources to RISE up within the company. The program is put on by the Emerging Leaders Steering Committee of the MCA of Chicago. Each year, one outstanding employee is invited to learn key traits of the business.  Our past rising stars are Dan, Ryan, Trinita, and now the newest member Dominic.
