Dean Mamalakis, AIA, LEED® AP joins Autumn
Autumn is pleased to welcome Dean Mamalakis to our professional services team. As a registered architect, Dean has over 25 years of experience in leading design and design management of complex architectural projects in the United States and Internationally. Throughout his career, he has led the way in integrating sustainable technologies and innovative space planning in the architectural design process to achieve sustainable, functional designs. At Autumn, Dean will be Architectural Project Manager for the CARE Plus Owner’s Representative team, working with the Chicago Department of Aviation on the Capital Improvement Programs for both O’Hare and Midway International Airports.

Steve Storck
Autumn welcomes Steve Storck to our mechanical contracting group. With over 25 years of estimating and project management experience, Steve will be leading our efforts to increase our market share of mechanical work in the Chicago metropolitan area. With Steve’s expertise, we add depth to our ability to bid and manage a complete mechanical contracting scope of work including mechanical piping, HVAC and controls for commercial and industrial, plan/spec and design-build projects.
CHA Kenmore Apartments Certified LEED Platinum
The Kenmore Apartments have been certified LEED Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council. We are proud to have worked with Holabird & Root on this first ever LEED Platinum public housing project in Chicago.
