Autumn provided program management services to American Airlines’ prime consultant for the renovation of the concourse and operations levels of the Concourse G building including 18 jet gates. Specifically, Autumn provided the building systems expertise during the development, design and construction of this $54 million project over the span of three years. Responsibilities included scope and budget development, coordination of design and construction issues as related to building systems and witnessing commissioning of all building systems and equipment. Autumn facilitated the development of project phasing and schedules to ensure that no more than two gates would be closed at any time. Autumn was the primary interface between the City of Chicago’s Department of Aviation, American Airlines, American Eagle, the design team and the prime contractor.
